In addition to his role at Celero, Hans is the Founder and Managing Director of GRID Consultancy Services Singapore Pte Ltd, a position he has held since January 2016. He also served as a Consultant for Celero Global from February 2023 to April 2024.

Hans has a rich history in the pharmaceutical sector, having worked as the Chief Medical Officer Region International at Novartis Vaccines from November 2009 to August 2015. Prior to that, he was the VP CRD and MA International at GSK from December 1999 to June 2009.

Hans holds a Certificate of Professional Development and an Advanced Management Program certificate from The Wharton School, where he studied from 2000 to 2003.
